Price Match Guarantee

Covered Items:

• The item is advertised on an Approved Competitor's website at a price less than the same qualifying eBay item.
• The price difference does not exceed the five hundred U.S. dollars ($500) of the item's advertised price found on the Approved Competitor's website.
• There are no limits to number of items per buyer per day that are price matched.
• We reserve the right not to price match any offer.

Not Covered:

• Any limited quantity, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, clearance, closeout, discontinued, “doorbuster,” Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Green Monday prices.
• Any price that is based upon rebates, coupons, financing offers, errors, bundling of products or services, gift cards, or gift card offers.
• Any prices not advertised on product dealers’ retail websites.
• Prices that are strictly for dealers and/or for multi item purchases.
• The matched price cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. The requested matched price will be the final price.
• Purchases during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday (week after Thanksgiving).
• An error or misprint on an Approved Competitor's website.
• Any product purchase intended for resale.

This Price Match Guarantee program is subject to change without notice. FelicitySolarStore reserves the right to refuse a Price Match Guarantee request in order to prevent fraud or abuse or to ensure the integrity of the FelicitySolarStore website. The Price Match Guarantee program has no quantity limit per item per user. FelicitySolarStore reserves all rights and remedies in the event any buyer or seller, individually or in collusion with others, attempts to circumvent these terms and conditions, to commit fraud, or to abuse the Price Match Guarantee program. All other FelicitySolarStore terms and conditions and policies apply. Effective as of June 27, 2023.

Which competitors does FelicitySolarStore 's Price Match Guarantee apply to?

Our price guarantee policy applies only to advertised prices in advertisements or internet store that are authorized distributors of the product(s).

Are taxes and shipping included in determining whether an item qualifies for the Price Match Guarantee?

No. We compare the item’s purchase price (excluding taxes and competitor shipping fees) on the Competitor’s website in order to determine if the Price Match Guarantee applies.

How does FelicitySolarStore reimburse me if a lower-priced identical item is found on an Approved Competitor’s website?

There will be no reimbursements after an order has been placed.  The Price Match guarantee applies prior to an order being purchased on our website.  After an order has been purchased it no longer qualifies for the Price Match Guarantee.

Which items qualify for the Price Match Guarantee?

New, unopened items in retail packaging.

Is this only for buyers who are U.S. residents?

Yes, buyers are eligible for the FelicitySolarStore Price Match Guarantee if they are a resident of the U.S. (this includes Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska).  

How many Products can I Price Match at a time?

As many items as you are interested in purchasing at a time.
