Processing and Shipping Times

Note that we operate warehouses within the United States (USA) and within China in accordance with current state of globalization.  We, from time to time, ship from different locations  depending upon which warehouse has the stock of the particular product at the time of your order. 

Out of stock items may still be requested.  However, note that there will be a manufacturing timeof 12 to 14 days before the item ships.

It takes 2-3 days for your payment to become available to us after you place your order.  Afterwards,  it may take 2-5 business days for orders to process from stock in the USA and 14-21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders to process from stock in our warehouse in China. 

The payment process completed with PayPal may delay the availability of your funds. We will only process your order once your funds are available to us.
