Felicity.Solar Lithium batteries are all lithium iron phosphate batteries  (LiFePO.4).  LiFePO.4 is the safest, most durable and the best performing battery for solar energy storage systems.   LiFePO.4  is also what Tesla currently uses in its vehicles.

Felicity.Solar battery system consists of a State of Charge (SOC) screen to monitor the battery's level of charge.  The batteries also come standard with battery management system (BMS) that intelligently balances all the cells in the battery pack.    

First of all, our lithium energy batteries are much safer than lead acic or gel-based batteries.  They are also lighter and store more solar energy than other types of batteries.

Yes.  Our batteries are compatible with any new or existing solar system setup and they're  simply 'plug and play' energy storage systems.

For US mainland customers; Orders shipped from warehouse within the US are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days after purchase.  Orders shipped from warehouse outside the US are estimated to arrive within 2-4 weeks after purchase.

For Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska customers; Orders shipped from warehouse within the US are estimated to arrive within 7-14 business days after purchase.  Orders shipped from warehouse outside the US are estimated to arrive within 4-6 weeks after purchase.

Orders shipped internationally (Africa, S. America & Asia) are estimated to arrive at the customers nearest sea port within 6-8 weeks after purchase. 

Shipping and delivery is free for anyone in mainland USA, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.  

Shipping is also free for international customers to the nearest sea port  to them.

When an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or any changes made afterwards.

Once your order is shipped, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund less the 30% restocking fee. Please be aware, we don’t cover the cost of returns.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and all returns are to be shipped to our factory.

Returns of undamaged batteries unrelated to warranty claims may be issued full refunds less a 30% restocking fee.
